   Our server never offered water or bread and when we needed her she was no where to be found. She disappeared for 20 minutes

   Always a great experience and a fun time. Waiter was great. Sitting out on or by the water is a fun experience. Tonight with the heaters all on made it even more beautiful.

   Our server Marcus was fantastic! He was personable, informative and attentive without being intrusive. Food was delicious and the setting was beautiful. Great lunch overall. Great experience!

   When I booked the reservation for our party of 4, the only available seating was in the "garden area" which, reportedly, did not assure any coverage in inclimate weather. I did, ask, however in the request section of my reservation to be moved to the covered patio if possible and, we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival that they had honored our request. The restaurant was a bit loud as was mentioned in numerous reviews but where we were seated, it wasn't so loud as to prohibit talking with our party. Our waitress, Tracy, was Amazing!! Probably the best waitress we have ever had. She not only responded to any needs we had but anticipated them. While taking our order, she noted that there was a cool breeze that had come up and caused us to put on our jackets/sweaters. She immediately said she would put down the automated screen behind us to block the breeze so we could be more comfortable and she did. She delivered impeccable service and was extremely personable! The food was excellent and a great value for all that you get which, I might add, is a lot! The atmosphere was lovely in all of the outdoor seating areas and they had some tall standing heaters and other fire scape features to add extra warmth and ambiance in the evening. There was some live music too, that was very good but, again, if you sat closer to where that was, it might be less conducive to talking with your party, so it just depends upon the vibe that you're seeking. The only significant negative noted was that, while we were waiting at the check-in area to be seated and looking at the posted menu on the wall, we observed that every time someone opened the door to the men's room to enter or leave, the backsides of the men standing at the urinals were clearly visible to the public in our area. Not sure what the fix would be on that one, but, men who are using the restroom and don't wish to be seen while doing so, may wish to think about using a stall. Otherwise, this place was excellent!

    This being my first time there ( after hearing from many people how amazing Farloows was) and my date's second time there, we both left fully satisfied. Amazing is an understatement! The staff was friendly and attentive ( to the point one of the servers saw me taking our picture and offered to take one for us). Our server was on point with timing and information. The atmosphere was welcoming but the food, THE FOOD WAS THE EXCLAMATION POINT!!! BEYOND DEFINITION... I'll say their sweet baked potato with mango rum butter made my girlfriend a fan of sweet potato when so many other attempts failed her. Lol...You won't be disappointed with any choice, she has the swordfish ( amazing). I had the house steak ( amazing). We both had the crab cake to start ( amazing). Go there and be AMAZED!!!
