The pizzas were great, but they were incredibly slow service and so understaffed. The poor guy tried his best, but our drinks sat opened on the counter for 15mins and we ended up getting them ourselves!

Delicious food as always. Service was a little slower than usual, however, the restaurant was quite busy for a Monday night. Definitely won’t stop us from going back - it’s a family fave.

Great food and had a good time with my family. Upstairs lighting could be better and there was a delay between service of some of the meals.

Had high hopes as it had good reviews and looked nice, the menu reads really well. Unfortunately it was so dark we had to bring our phones out to read the menus. In 2.5 hours at the table, not once were we asked for a drink order or if we required anything. The table for food and plates was waited on well however. On walking in with arm fulls of cakes, decorations, etc we had to hunt down a waiter which the first comment being helping out was "we have a cackage". The FOOD, overall was really good, the menu is vast but most dishes were executed on time and were delicious. The tomato sauce base however was VERY salty, i add salt to my salt i love it, but this was next level, it must of been an error. pricing is reasonable. except $6.90 for a soft-drink and $4 for a kids half-size is more than a little pricey. will we try it again, YES, hopefully the service and salty sauce are corrected, if so it will be our regular venue.

It seems this restaurant is just a home delivery hub. All effort and focus was on that and minimal service was provided to diners. The food was good

Service was terrible considering we were the only table dining. No BYO on Thursday- Sunday despite saying BYO on website and then didn’t have the wine we would have liked to order available. Due to being so quiet we got shoved out the door at 9.15 when we would have happily ordered dessert and more drinks. Disappointing as food was great.
