   We had the fried pickles as an appetizer and they were so hard we couldn’t eat them. Many tables were dirty (un bussed) and the BBQ was average. Overall it was a disappointing experience. We will not go back.

   The food is delicious but not worth the high price tag to me. A $40 plate of food with 2 meats shouldn’t leave you hungry still. The food is great but I’m not going back.

   They are not on open table. Took over 45 minutes to be sat and almost 2 hours for food. They said they haven’t been on open table for over a year.

   Made reservations on open table. Arrived 5 minutes beforehand and were told that they can't see reservations as they go to the main corporate headquarters and they can't manage them. The wait was close to an hour so we did not stay.

   Service was a little slow and one of my biggest pet peeves is when the workers start pulling all the condiments and gather them on the tables next to us and start refilling. This is very rude to your customers and makes us feel like we are inconveniencing them.

   We had a really good time here but I don’t think the food is anything memorable. It’s good, but not fantastic. We were three people and ordered the menu for 2 that comes with ribs, chicken, brisket and pork. It’s a huge portion and even though we were three we were not able to finish it. They also let you customize it to your taste if there are any sides or meats that you would not like. The value is fantastic and our server was terrific! No complains, but I have had better bbq in other places.

   We made reservations on Open Table and when we arrived, the hostess returned to the front after 5 minutes and informed us that their tablet didn't work, so our reservation was no longer valid so it would be another 30 to 40 minutes before we would be seated. She pointed out that if we had phoned in our reservation they would have had a spot for us. And this was on a Monday nighy. Not worth the wait!!!
