A Soho inspired hybrid co-working space, FAIM offers coffee, brunch & lunch by day and can become an all encompassing event space at night. We’re a lively all-day hangout, from Monday morning coffee to Friday evening nightcaps, mixing work with pleasure has never been so easy. Just a stones throw from Warren Street and Euston Road Station and tucked behind the iconic Speedy's cafe, our space is for everyone.

    Chef apparently arrives possibly / maybe from 9am but front of house staff can’t be sure. Greeting upon arrival was also underwhelming. Recommend stating breakfast only from 9am thank allowing booking at 8. Aside from that venue looked good inside, shame.

    We booked the experience but upon entering there was one long table of people only. They looked like they were at the end of their dining however, the waiter looked a bit frazzled. We were due to have the bottomless brunch but decided to only pay for our drinks after receiving a very dirty glass and due to the lack of ambience. There was suppose to be a DJ according to the booking information. The decor is lovely but the rest unfortunately lets it down.

    Perfect little hideaway to get some work done or have a lunch/work meeting in a relaxed atmosphere. Staff very attentive and easy to talk to.

    Lovely cafe tucked away in quiet, modern but attractive square 5 minutes from Euston station. Its a good size, maybe 15 tables, so intimate but still buzzy. Good food - eggs benedict type - and good coffee. Great place to meet to do a bit of work or catch up with a friend

    I needed somewhere quiet to do an online meeting. I was new to London and to Faim and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. They showed me to a quieter side of the room and the Wi-Fi and work environment was perfect. Lots of sockets and a big table to work at. The brunch and the coffee was lovely too. Would definitely recommend - great value for money

    Staff were super accommodating. I needed to work remotely for a meeting and be near Euston to catch my train straight after so chose Faim. They suggested I use their conference room which was perfect. They brought me a bottle of water, a perfect latte. When I had finished they rustled me up poached eggs and avocado on sourdough. Again, perfect. The entrance doesn’t look that great as there are different businesses each side that aren’t completed to the same standard as Faim. But don’t let that put you off. Highly recommend
