Locals & visitors alike embrace and crave this unique approach to dining out. The cuisine ranges from a Bistro Lunch menu featuring cheese boards, flatbreads, quiche, Boar's Head meat sandwiches, crisp salads, fresh fish, and Certified Angus Beef burgers made with the Faded specialty blend to a Dinner Menu that adds Certified Angus Beef steaks, Caribbean Shrimp, and organic chicken. We take pride in using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients all the way down to the cup, brewing small-batch, Sebring roasted coffee from Strangely Warmed.
Choose a table under the warm glow of our tongue & groove pine ceiling, a hightop on the deck, or find a cozy nook in the garden. The restaurant is located in the heart of Downtown Sebring and is easily accessible with street parking as well as a large onsite parking lot.

We love brunch here. Keep whoever was your cook on Sundays!!. Best food on a Sunday we have had here for a long time. Glad to have this little piece of paradise to bring out of town guests.

My husband and I took our 4 havanese dogs ( in strollers) out to dinner. Food was delicious, the patio was lovely and we all enjoyed very much!

This is a hidden gem , the menu is very different than the usual american eatery. Service is second to none. The desserts home made are delish.

Great service, delicious food,outstanding experience tonight! Davis was a very knowledgeable server, he knew everything about the menu and was very attentive to our 4-yr old granddaughter’s needs. Will definitely be back, highly recommend this hidden gem here in Sebring!!
