Fabian’s Italian Bistro is worth checking out any day, but if you happen to be in the neighborhood on Tuesday or Wednesday, you’re in for a treat. Tasting Tuesday dinners include an ever-changing special tasting menu, where you can try smoked pork, scallops, pork tenderloin, polenta, squid ink spaghetti and more. This is a great location for a quiet meal catching up with friends. Outdoor area is lovely when temps allow. Great service every time. We are never rushed.

The pork special was cooked perfectly! Outstanding dish. My fettuccine bolognese was very good. (It varies night to night.) My other comment is about the $25 corkage. That seems rather steep compared to other neighborhood restaurants. Perhaps it should be adjusted.

The restaurant wasn’t entirely busy; there were or appeared to have 2 main servers. Our waiter didn’t check on us in a timely manner. We waited for more water; I had to waved down another server for an item. The food was fine: portions appeared to be skimpy for the price charged. I invited a guest to celebrate his birthday; had to remind the server we were celebrating & she just offered ice cream. I think the service was limited.

The best meal I’ve had in years! Delicious cocktail, appetizer, main course, and oh that butterscotch pudding. What a true gem in our community to have such a place like Fabian’s. You won’t be disappointed by the food, service, ambiance, and value. Great place to go for a night out.

It was only ok. It’s just not worth the price tag usually. In fact I’m always disappointed between the price / quality ratio. Yet I’m always hopeful so I go back.

Their lasagna was fabulous it reminded me of Bibas. They are saving it for Thursdays just as she did. I understand it’s the owners grandmother’s recipe. All so the Boulevard Old Fashion is the best in town.
