   Excellent spot. Server was so accommodating with a gluten allergy and with splitting checks amongst friends. Super friendly staff, excellent food, and fun ambiance. Great spot for dinner!

   I had a delightful lunch with a friend at this charming spot. The ambiance was bright and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. From the delicious meal to the excellent service, everything was spot on. The service was prompt and friendly, without being overbearing. We started with oysters on the half shell, perfectly accompanied, followed by Harissa Salmon with a fresh & unique side salad (frisee, pomegranate seeds, thinly sliced watermelon radish), tomato soup, and grilled cheese, plus tea and water which was kept filled throughout the lunch. The quiet environment made it easy to have a conversation, and I’ll be returning to Eva for future lunches. Highly recommend it!

   Eva… more like nEVA comin back here EVA. Way overpriced, terrible service, delayed reservation, no water. Also no Mediterranean food? So odd

   If you want delicious food in the heart of Boston, this is the best place to go. Table service is amazing, has a bar with food service as well. The chef made us feel at home and gave us an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner!

   Overall, lovely, wonderful experience. I'd 100% return. I don't often feel that the food and ambiance match up in Boston, but Eva was a nice surpise. We arrived for a reserved dinner and were seated upstairs immediately by the very polite hostess. I liked the decor and lighting and the music was low. Lots of fleetwood mac, which i loved. We decided we wanted to sit at the bar, no problem with the host. We had calamari and oysters for apps, they were good. The cocktails did take a bit longer than expected to come out (we finished our apps before we had drinks), although the open bar where drinks were being made was downstairs. The cocktails were delicious. My gnocchi was divine and my husband loved his lamb burger. I also got the French onion soup, which was also delicious. Our waitress was nice and attentive.

   The food was fine, but there must have been some error with my reservation because when I arrived it was not in their system, despite being confirmed on my Open Table app and I received a confirmation email. But they were still able to seat us and the food was great!

   Great restaurant with very helpful staff! The food is excellent and there are lots of great unique drink options (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to pair with dinner. The interior is very cute and is right on Newbury. It was perfect for a girls dinner together or a date night.

    Came for the Short Rib Gnocchi, and my goodness I would come back for that again and again. Seriously, one of the most delicious gnocchi dishes I have ever had in my life!! Pillowy gnocchi, rich cheese sauce, topped with perfect braised short rib - I would love to have this for my last meal. We also got the Calamari to share which was excellent - tender not overcooked like they can be at times, excellent homemade tartar sauce, generous portion, came out very quickly after we ordered it. My friend got the roasted chicken and she enjoyed it! Generous portion there as well! 4 stars not 5 because dessert fell a bit short considering how excellent the meal was (we got the Orange Chocolate Tart - it tasted a few days old, the crust was like a brick to cut through) and we felt a bit rushed during dinner by our server. It was busy but not insanely packed, so we weren't sure what was going on there. *Shoulder shrug* - it didn't take away from how delicious the Gnocchi was! :)
