Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday.

In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.

The cuisine at Etch is complemented by our comprehensive wine list, featuring an extensive collection of wines from around the world. Guests can also enjoy our modern take on classic cocktails, along with a variety of eclectic beers and regional drafts.

Chef/Owner Ryan Costanza of present tense will be joining Chef/Owner Deb Paquette, Executive Chef Jess Lambert, and Executive Pastry Chef Megan Williams of etch restaurant. Each chef will showcase their unique culinary prowess in this collaborative multi-course menu as part of the Dine Nashville programming. Guests will be seated in our private dining room for this intimate, interactive chef-driven dinner. Tickets are $130 per person, plus tax and gratuity; optional wine pairings can be added at the restaurant for an additional $55++ per person.

    Etch is our favorite restaurant in Nashville. It is consistently wonderful - food and service. Nashville restaurants come and go but thankfully Etch is here. Our server last night, Joseph, was great. We also love Lisa. We have always had great servers and bartenders. Etch is our recommendation if anyone asks where they should eat in Nashville.

    Etch is fabulous restaurant - good food, and the best staff ever. It is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal before the symphony or event at the Bridgestone Arena. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure their guests are satisfied and enjoying their meal.

    We have been dining at Etch since they first opened in 2012. You cannot say enough about the cocktails, the menu, especially the service. Here is a clue why anyone that hasn’t yet should give Etch a try… We have been going for 12 years and have had the same 3 servers.

    Everything was fantastic. The food indescribably good. The service outstanding. The liquor and cocktail options plentiful and high quality. Our party had a variety of dishes and desserts, and every person was blown away. This is a foodie paradise in downtown Nashville. The cost was quite reasonable for the gourmet experience.

    We went here for my mom's birthday, and from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and treated to a special evening. The staff had all signed a card which was placed on the table when we sat, and our dessert (gotta get dessert for a birthday dinner) had a candle in it. :-) Also the bar program was crazy good. I had a saffron infused licquer cocktail that used multiple different types of citrus. Very very very good.
