   We ate at Etch after the Studio Tenn play. I had not been advised that the menu at that time (between 2 and 4) would be so LIMITED. Very disappointing for a bday celebration meal! The food we did choose was excellent as always.

   Deb Paquette's latest star in a remarkable culinary constellation. The vibe, the open kitchen, the always inventive menu and--if you are fortunate--you will watch Deb patrolling the counter. Iconic she is, and an indefatigable raconteur to be sure. Bravo, bravo.

   The food is heavy, and the chef uses tons of sauces. I would expect lighter entries, especially since they use high-quality ingredients. The steak was prepared right, and they use quality meat, but why drench it in so many sauces?

It's true that Deb's style of cooking combines several flavors in each of her dishes. We do understand that it isn't for everyone, and I apologize that your steak fell short of expectations. Please know that we're always happy to replace anything you don't absolutely love, and can hold any sauce or accouterments you're not fond of.    The new Etch in The Factory in Franklin is every bit as good if not better than the one in Nashville. The food, service, and ambiance were all excellent, although our fellow diner was not thrilled with the venison entree. We were graciously allowed to split several items which was done in the kitchen and presented beautifully. The entire staff, including the hostess, servers, and managers were fully involved in making the evening enjoyable. We live in Franklin and will make Etch our go-to place for a good meal, as we have done the one in Nashville for many years.

   Food and service were top tier. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional. We felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant even though it was packed.

   Great experience, everything from being greeted by a friendly receptionist, incredible meal, and nice staff. Cauliflower appetizer and salmon bowl were delicious!
