Located in the Bedford Commons complex of the Green Hills neighborhood, etc. offers lunch and dinner Monday through Friday and dinner on Saturday. At the second, smaller version of sister restaurant Etch, Chef Deb Paquette incorporates her favorite spices, produce, and global recipes into the menus for an adventurous dining experience. The bar program offers a succinct wine list with selections from around the world, select craft beer, and an array of elevated craft cocktails.

The cozy 2400 square foot layout features simply adorned tables, comfortable banquette seating, a large inviting bar, along with plenty of open-air seating. Funky light fixtures, striking electric blue tile, copper and glass accents, and warm woods fill out the intimate space.

    ETC is always excellent in every regard. I like to think it's our neighborhood secret, but I'm afraid the word is out—well, it was out long ago. Chef Deb Paquette has been a Nashville culinary fixture for 30 years. I have eaten here at least 60 times and never had anything but a world class meal.

    This was a business meal, and I am so glad we came! We were seated in the perfect booth in the very back of the restaurant, which was very quiet and private. This was a “get to know you” business dinner for two professionals who are deciding if we want collaborate, so it was important that we had time to talk, and that we did not feel rushed. Our server, Brian, took great care of us, explained the menu, and was entertaining but not overbearing. We enjoyed the bacon appetizer, and I ordered the filet, which was good. My guest had an Indian vegetarian dish that was recommended by Brian, that she enjoyed. We split a hazelnut dessert that was like a shortbread, as well as some decaf. I had forgotten after Covid that Etc. is right here in my neighborhood, and it is less than a mile from my house. I am so glad that I returned, and I will be putting this gem into my restaurant rotation list!

    Truly delightful--Chef Deb Paquette's taste profiles in every dish are exquisitely complimentary. Staff are well-trained and enthused about every dish and seem to enjoy giving customers the best possible experience in the restaurant. For those with food allergies, etc. has an extensive chart of which allergens are in each dish, along with potential substitutions. Creativity continues at the bar with imaginative and bespoke cocktails, mocktails, wines nand fine liquors. Patrons are never rushed for 'table turnover, but expected to linger and savor their time at etc.

    Another excellent meal!! The salmon special was delicious!!! Gomi is the best - always knowledgeable about the menu and his recommendations are always spot on!!

    Exceptional. Imagine a flavor party and this is it. Pork and duck were on point. Bacon and scallop appetizers were incredible. Brian provided A+ service and a great experience. Highly recommend.
