   We come to Vegas every year and try different restaurants. The food here is incredible and we will be back. We had the bread with all the different spreads to try them all and they were all unique and delicious. The crudo was perfect with every bite. We had the lasagna and the truffle pasta and both had such different but perfect flavors. Dessert was a butterscotch pudding type dish that was the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors. We loved every bite and this will now be a must when we return to Vegas. Already looking forward to coming back.

   Bread service and handmade pasta are as if you are in Italy!! Food delivery was a little rushed. You'll need to go with a big group or plan to go back more than once to try everything. Salads are large and sharable. The new location is terrific and so much larger but you still need to plan ahead to get a reservation.

   Absolutely amazing food! We family styled a 1/2 loaf of their sourdough- wow, a radicchio salad and radiatore with chicken and it could not have been a more perfect combination. We’ll be back soon!

   Great service!! The food was very fresh. The pasta cooked have been cooked a little more for our taste. The bread was absolutely amazing. And we both like the meatballs

   As I regular when I visit Las Vegas I have always looked forward to the food at Esther's, however, tonight, the food was ok, that was not my issue. My issue was Becky at the front desk. We came in and checked in for our reservation, no problem. Becky at the desk said that they were just waiting for a table to get up and then we would be seated. Therefore, I expected the next table for my size party of 3 would be ours. Well it wasn't. I merely walked to the desk and said to her, I thought the next table was going to be ours, where she proceeded to say and I quote, "I never said that" and I said, actually yes you did. She proceeded to argue with me that that is "Not what she said". My colleagues were with me and verified exactly what she said and she proceeded to have an attitude with me. We were then seated at the next table. The Bar Manager came to our table and said that he was very sorry which I appreciate and that she should have never reacted the way she did. I do appreciate the effort in visiting with us, however, 5 minutes later he is at the desk laughing with her like nothings wrong. This has been a regular for us for a long time, however, it has drastically dropped down my list due to Becky at the desk. It was truly one of the most rude and un-customer friendly experiences I have had in a long time and unfortunately those things stick with me. While the food is good, it's not worth the attitude we received tonight at dinner. Becky needs to be knocked down a few rungs on the ladder and learn a few things about the customer experience. Attitude gets you nowhere! I have spent my entire career working with clients and customers alike and can literally say that I have never had someone want to ruin my dinner experience like Becky did tonight. It will take a lot for me to keep this on my list for my next visit sadly.

   amazing food. the mushroom pizza was the best I’ve ever had. we sat at the bar and Juan took amazing care of us. Overall best food we’ve had in Vegas.

    Absolutely yummalicious from the homemade sour Dayton the pizza to the rigatoni pasta in a homemade pesto sauce to the scrumptious tiramisu a la pavlova. Brian the server was thorough efficient and effective.Good job.Ive been to Esther’s since 2018 and they’re like a great wine aging well and brilliant Well done 👍
