    Enjoy a four-course prix fixe menu with choices in each course and optional enhancements. For any allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. We cannot guarantee accommodations for requests made after that time. Cancellations or changes must also be made 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or reductions in party size will incur an $80 per person charge. A 5% staff healthcare charge is added to all bills, and any guest who takes the merchant copy of the credit card receipt will incur a 25% gratuity. For parties larger than 6, contact Tyler at tyler@esterev.com. Gift cards from DanDan, Fool’s Errand, or Fauntleroy are not accepted.

    Join us for our EsterEv Guest Chef Dinner with Brian Baxter on April 8th, 2025. The cost is $140 per person, with an optional $75 beverage pairing. This is a communal dining event, so you may be seated with other guests or at the bar. A 20% gratuity and a 5% staff health and wellness charge will be added to all checks. The experience lasts about 3.5 hours. Any individuals who take the restaurant’s merchant copy of the credit card receipt will incur a 25% gratuity. Please note, we cannot accept DanDan, Fool’s Errand, or Fauntleroy gift cards, nor accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies for this event.

    The food was outstanding. Inventive, creative and every bite utterly delicious. The server was friendly and very knowledgeable, which was key to the dishes we chose. The ambiance is pleasant, relaxed and quiet enough that our attention was focused on the food and each other. Highly recommend!!

    EsterEv never disappoints with their fantastic food and service. This is my favorite restaurant in the Milwaukee area. I understand why the restaurant is a James Beard semi finalist — top quality delicious food.

    Taste explosions in a beautifully welcoming atmosphere- Dan Jacobs kills it — especially when he brings his monkey bread and chicken Broth to your table. Don’t miss out - visit Bayvire and enjoy the wonderful hospitality.

    This place is excellent! We were greeted with the warmest welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is comfortable and beautiful. The food was an exquisite high-level menu prepared by the most talented Chefs and beautifully presented. Very recomendable

    Fantastic. The broth that they open the meal with is sublime, something on the surface that seems so simple, contained so many delicious complexities. It’s worth it to splurge on the first enhancement, in this case the decadent combination of a McDonald’s hash brown and caviar. The rest of the meal kept it up, with unique combinations and wonderful flavors.

    Excellent quality of food. Service was attentive, informative, but not overbearing. Great pairing suggestions made as well. Highly recommend for the tasting menu, you will not be disappointed.
