The food was fantastic. We were visiting Charlotte and decided to give it a try because we have something similar at hime. It was the best Brazilian steakhouse we’ve been to so far.

Everything was great. The salad bar, the sides and the rotation of sliced meats. Not a lot of chicken choices, and no grilled fish so if you don't eat beef, pork and lamb you may not be satisfied. The service was great everyone was attentive and the price was appropriate for all you can eat meat, salad bar and desert.

We came for New Year’s Eve dinner and paid $66/ person for an understaffed, underserved, chaotic experience. They had very few servers walking around with meat options-way fewer than we’ve seen in other Brazilian steakhouses-and the salad bar area was just average. We ordered a bottle of wine and were told it wasn’t available, then our second choice was brought out as the wrong bottle so we had to try a third time and finally that was correct. Seemed like no one was managing the place, they had too few chefs making meat in the back, and too few servers to bus the tables Maybe it’s better on a regular night but this was a poor NYE experience for our party of 4.

Overall very good experience. Staff was kind, attentive, outstanding. Salad bar good. Meats good. Quality of the red meats seemed lower grade, not as tender than we’ve had at decent steak houses. Quite pricey. Parking was more confusing than needed. Embassy Suites valet parking claimed to know nothing of parking arrangements as advertised. We were initially sent off looking for alternative parking til returned after driving around a few blocks to Embassy Suites valet to park and pay if restaurant would not support as advertised. All was resolved when we returned to collect our vehicle.
