   Food was ok, some dishes lacked flavor. All of our dishes did not come at the same time. Some were almost done before all diners had their food.

   Couldn’t find parking. Ended up parking in front of Sweet Charlotte’s in a spot reserved for ice cream customers only. Extremely noisy. Table four and couldn’t hear people across from one another. Two people had pasta w/ meat sauce. It was cool when served, not hot. One had grilled snapper that was so over cooked you couldn’t chew the edges. The fourth person had veal parm and said it was good. Table’s extremely close together. Too over crowded. Lived here for years. First visit. Was recommended by a seasonal visitor. Not inexpensive, and very disappointed. We took guests to dinner from out of town that wanted to try some place new. Unfortunately, we probably won’t be back. Hard to understand why the place was packed with people elbow to elbow? Because it was a Friday night? Couldn’t all be first timers. Can’t understand the draw.

   Alan - we are very saddened to hear of your experience. I will say, I am confused on your message here as you are saying we are "too crowded." Typically, that would signify some type of draw, whether it be our great food, service or general Italian atmosphere. I am sorry to hear you did not experience what many of our customers normally do (which is of course why we are generally packed night after night in season). We appreciate the feedback though.
