   Recently, I had the chance to visit Embers and sadly, the experience did not meet my expectations. This review aims to highlight areas needing improvement rather than criticism for the benefit of future visitors. Introduced by a welcoming decor and ambience, I looked forward to a memorable dining experience at Embers. However, subpar service missed delivering a seamless dining experience I had hoped for. Disappointingly, the quality of food failed to meet the benchmark. As patrons of sushi and Japanese cuisine, our expectations are fairly high, even for a non-Japanese dining place. Sadly, the salmon maki roll was unimpressive and had an unpleasantly musky flavor, which was an immediate concern. The main course, Steak, though prepared as per my preference, lacked the juiciness and hearty taste associated with this beloved dish. Inappropriately seasoned and accompanied with overcooked vegetables, it failed to create a harmonious flavor union. Expecting a gastronomical delight, the braised Wagyu short rib was a letdown. Known for its rich marbling and velvety texture, this dish was a stark departure from our expectations. It lacked the unique and distinct flavor associated with Wagyu, presenting itself as nothing more than ordinary. Ironically, the dish resembled a common local food, costing a fraction but with robust, homely flavors. Not to undermine the local dishes, but when one expects the refined taste of Wagyu, such a mismatch can only end up in disappointment. On a positive note, the salad was quite good, potato fries is crispy, and the food plating was also good!

   My new #1restaurant at TCI!! Loved the service-staff- delicious food (grilled ousters to die for!!-lobster dumplings-grilled lobster-seabass -skirtsteak )and best cheesecake i ever had!! SERIOUSLY GREAT FOOD IN TCI!! Dined there 3x!! Great wood fired cuisine..can't beat it!!

   We were really late because of bad weather but they were still able to accommodate us. We sat at the bar and when another reservation didn’t show up, they seated us. The food was delicious and the drinks were incredible. We really enjoyed our evening! Thank you!

   Great vibe with really good food. Great meat selection as well as choices for all. Great staff, music and outdoor seating.

    Loved Embers! Great new restaurant! We had a beetroot salad to start. My husband has the skirt steak and I had the sea bass. The purée under the sea bass was incredible!! We also had a cheesecake dessert that was tasty. The service was very attentive! I also liked the atmosphere. You can see them cooking on the fire. O well great dining experience
