    Ember Kitchen’s Josper oven will be firing up a little earlier on the weekends. The historic power plant turned latin-inspired restaurant will open its doors from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Ember Brunch brings a whole new food and beverage experience to our guests. Utilizing our signature method of incorporating a Josper component into every dish and elevating homestyle foods from various cultures, we have created a menu that showcases nostalgic names and bold latin flavors. This new service will feature tableside coffee and tea service, as well as a cocktail program that plays on morning classics such as bloody maria's, micheladas, and carajillos—perfect for Sunday brunch.

                                                        We had the best anniversary dinner experience at Ember!!🥳 The flavors of individual dishes were so delicately thought out, we were impressed from start to finish. Josper oven brings the smokiness to perfection and I can see why the staff were so proud of describing each dish. Great food, outstanding staff, awesome ambience and grateful for the staff signed Anniversary Card. We’ll definitely be back!! So good…😋

                                                        Our first experience at Ember will not be our last! Loved the food, the decor and ambiance, and Christina was a fantastic wait host. The food had great flavor and was wonderfully prepared (over live fire). They offered a welcome specialty “shot” from the bartender, poured up at the table for the 4 of us and it was truly a mixologist dream - mezcal and lemonade +, and some homemade first munchies. Entire experience was 5 STAR!

                                                        Interesting menu with a blend of mexican/Spanish elements combined with steak house offerings. Great service, good to great food. Very noisey with alot of traffic, I suspect they have some event space. There was a stream of incoming customers filing by our table for most of our dinner. Fairly loud and disruptive.

                                                        The food was good. Service was exceptional. And the ambiance was energetic but I felt like the music could have been toned down in volume a bit. Even the waiters had to scream the menu for it to be heard. But overall a great experience and I would definitely go back.
