   Food was amazing but the service was average at best. Attended for the Valentines dinner, but we weren’t provided with a copy of their set menu (which had options), a drinks menu or table water. We had to request the latter two when tables around us were given them upon being seated. Each course was brought out too quickly, making the evening feel rushed and we had to ask for a small pause between main and dessert. Multiple times the wrong course (meant for another table) was brought to ours and was then quickly rushed away when we pointed out the mistake. Only minor flaw with the food was one of our wagyu tenderloins was brought out rare instead of medium. Not a massive issue and it was still enjoyed, but not what was ordered. Other than that all the food was delicious.

   Was a totally fantastic night, food was beautiful, the dining area was clean and inviting, the music in the backgroung was relaxing, service was amazing will defintely be back again

   A beautiful array of wonderful hot and cold breakfast items attractively displayed. Eggs were available cooked your way upon asking one of the team. Lovely fresh juices, yoghurts and cereals were also available together with a great variety of breads and pastries to tempt us! The coffee machine was a little temperamental but the attentive team soon sorted that out. Overall a lovely experience and a great way to start the day! Thank you Crowne Plaza Team!

   We visited for dinner only. The whole experience was 5 out of 5. I cannot congratulate the staff on their exemplary friendly professional efficient service. We had cocktails and drinks to start in the aviator bar. Then proceeded on to dinner in the restaurant there was a good choice of meals on the menu. Every dish including the sides we ordered were outstanding. It is not a cheap night out but it is well worth it. We will definitely be coming back.

   It was very disappointing as all the hot food was cold. Tongs were extremely hard to use the coffee machine need to be recalibrated. There was plenty to choose from.

    Booking was for Ember & Vine restaurant, but we only had Aviator Bar menu available. My meal of Portobello Mushrooms Pappardelle was unevenly cooked, very bland and did not have a single mushroom. Restaurant manager asked for feedback when we were leaving. We said we were disappointed that we did not have the lunch experience we had expected. She promised to follow us and contact me later in the day, but I have not heard back from her. Overall very disappointing.
