   The service was exceptionally fast and friendly. The king & rye drink was our favorite. Will be going back to try the other drinks. The steak was cooked to perfection as well as our other dishes. The food left or mouths watering and craving for more. The lighting wasn't too bright which gave our dining experience for 2 an intimate ambiance.

   The lunch combo was fabulous at a bargain for 5 star dining - parking is free - great view service and perfect for a holiday or business lunch celebration!!

   We had such a fun date night! The drinks and food were absolutely incredible. They did run out of a few items we were excited to try, which was a bit disappointing, but our second choices ended up being amazing, so it worked out. Can’t wait to go back!

   The experience was very strained from the start. We had reservations for 7PM for a party of 4 to celebrate a 50th birthday. We were punctual and waited 10 minutes for them to seat us outside. There were heaters, but it was still very cold. At about 50 minutes after our reservation time we had still not ordered. I sought out the hostess and manager and asked what we could expect. They said there were challenges due to large Christmas Parties - which should be expected on a Saturday evening in December. That seemed like a lack of planning but we just wanted to enjoy this highly recommended restaurant. We finally ordered after being there for an hour, and waited about another hour for our entrees. The entire situation was difficult as the waiter was being very professional and polite, but the experience was terrible. Waiting two hours for food, with it being cold under a heater and blanket. It was just not ideal. The food arrived and was absolutely fantastic. The meal was one of the best we have ever had, and the cheesecake was amazing. I cannot rave enough about the food and presentation. I would hope this was a “one-off” of a bad experience and would certainly give this restaurant another shot. There was a comp made for the desserts which was nice, but we were not upset about the food or the price - it was just a very poor experience.

   The experience was top shelf, beautiful setting, amazing food, creative and delicious. Served first class by waiter knew the foods forward and backwards explained it well, and the support staff attended to needs with great timing!!! Totally recommend and will return!

   Chris, the bartender, served us lunch on the outside terrace. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality made the business lunch very enjoyable. Chris sets the standard for customer service which should be emulated by all servers in all Restaurants.

   The steaks were great as were the sides. The cocktails were excellent as was the service. The restaurant was slow, yet they “ran out” of the meatball appetizers. The music was horrendous for a 5 star restaurant in the middle of the Park Hyatt Aviara golf course. Instead of wearing elegant dress clothes, wear your leotard to exercise to the circuit music that is playing. I think the management does not understand their clients. Please bring back some sophistication.

    I believe our servers name was Jeremiah (apologies if wrong). But, he went above and beyond and accommodated all of our needs and questions and went really went the extra mile. Made our whole night. We will definitely be coming back. Made a phenomenal first impression. From the food to the service… 10/10.
