Join us for an intimate tasting menu experience in our private dining room featuring pairings from Stauning Danish Whisky. Representatives from Stauning will guide us through their portfolio alongside Elske's set menu. The pairing will consist of neat pours, as well as cocktails featuring Stauning created by our bar director, Monica Casillas-Rios. "Stauning was founded in 2005 by a collective of nine friends setting out to make a difference and bring whisky distilling back to Denmark. What they created was a purpose-built distillery that embodies modern Danish design and a thoughtfully designed production process. Stauning whisky offers a stripped-back, pure experience, removing the unnecessary and focusing on what truly matters."

Elske will be offering our tasting menu, only, on New Years Eve ($150 per person). We can accommodate vegetarian, pescatarian, nut-free, gluten free, dairy free, and shellfish free diets.
