   Went for Valentine's Day dinner. The host and staff were very nice. It's possible that maybe they were short staffed last night. It did take quite a while to get service and food. Unfortunately, the food was just warm and average. The espresso martini needs to be reworked.

   We had a great dinner here on Saturday. We were sat at the bar and Octavius the bartender took care of us. He was so personable and funny and made our dinner a blast. I got the club and my spouse had the burger, both were so delicious. We loved our evening here.

   Elm St was such an amazing experience. We came for our anniversary and the staff was so excited to celebrate with us. They gave us spot-on recommendations and the food was to die for. We cannot wait for our next trip to Dallas so we can dine there again!

   Management didn’t honor the valet parking validation. And definitely didn’t want to hear about it

   The food and service were great. I didn't realize it was in the lobby of a hotel so there was a bit more luggage traffic and the bathrooms are in the lobby not the restaurant.

   The menu looked great and restaurant looked nice but service was slow, food came out late and wrong. For example, we ordered 2x a side and only received one, yet were charged bill for two. The dish on menu said pork chop with kale but when it came out it had asparagus.

   Today is my birthday so I decided to go here. The service was prompt but the food wasn’t. After waiting for about 25 to 30 minutes for our Dixie fried chicken wings and fried green tomatoes to come out the wings were undercooked. Blood was still visible on the bone and semi-cooked blood on the plate. I sent them back only to get even more undercooked chicken. When I sent the wings back the manager stopped by the table offered to check on the delay, he never returned. Overall the experience was poor at best!!!!
