   Overall the experience was okay or I should say wasn’t necessarily terrible. It was our first time at Elliot’s Steakhouse and on our first date night in years so excited to try this place. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great- low key, great design, live piano. We ended up sitting in the back corner of an event room (even the waitress commented it was their “darkest corner”) which was disappointing because we really didn’t get to experience the ambiance. The food was good and what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and probably the best part of the experience. However, the most disappointing part of our experience was with the service. It took an hour and half to get our food after placing the order and there were times we had to ask other staff to get our waitress because we hadn’t seen them. For as much as you are paying, my expectation would be for service to be top notch and timely. We probably won’t be back any time soon but will say it’s worth trying and hope you have a better experience than we did.

   My husband and I just celebrated our anniversary last night and not only was the food great, so was the service. This was our 4th visit to the restaurant and the ribeye was delicious as always. It was prepared exactly how we requested and the sides were perfect. The waiter was very attentive and our cocktails were great! I had a lemon drop and my husband enjoyed an old fashion.

   The food and the service were fantastic. The piano was too loud and people felt the need to talk over the piano so it was very loud in the restaurant. Overall, good experience.

   Although relatively new on the Phoenix metro steakhouse circuit, Elliott's is from the team that runs The Hidden House and Brickyard, so they have proven they know how to create a special dining and drinking experience. Elliot's is simply the most high-end entry in their lineup and an instant favorite destination for downtown Chandler dining.

   This was hands down my new favorite steakhouse and I’m immediately booking a reservation for my birthday! We both had a filet and it was cooked perfectly and was so tender! We got the butter mashed potatoes & grilled asparagus. The lobster bisque had large chunks of lobster in it. It was a little too thick for me so I probably wouldn’t get it next time but it was still delicious

   It was our first time there and we wanted to try. The drinks and appetizers were great. The steaks were a little disappointing. Both of our steak were not cooked how we asked. One was under cooked and the other was over cooked. Plus the desserts was terrible. Not sure we will go back.

   Our waiter was excellent as was the food. I made our reservation four weeks prior. When we arrived the restaurant was half empty as it was an early (5:30) reservation and they sat us right by the serving station which didn’t give us that fine dining experience and disappointing when there were so many other seating options when we arrived.

   This was our first experience at Elliott’s. We received our drinks and appetizers and the entire block as well as the restaurant lost power. After about an hour of still waiting for our entrees, our waiter advised that we had to get our bill because they would not be able to restore power. We can fully understand a power outage but the communication was terrible. They did not comp any of their guests on any drinks or appetizers for the inconvenience and lack of communication!

    Once again, Mitch’s service was phenomenal! I highly recommend asking for him for your dining experience!! Food and drinks are always amazing! Candice, thank you for always stopping by the table to make sure everything is perfect. Best Steakhouse in the Gilbert/Chandler area. Facts! Thanks again Mitch!
