    Waiter and food were pretty good however hostess and reception could be better. Was told for nearly 40 minutes past our reservation that they were "cleaning the table" but it wasn't until we happened to stop a manager that our table was miraculously cleaned.

    We were a party of 8. Per usual, the food was delicious especially the Mulberry Street salad. On the contrary, the service was extremely slow yesterday. It was a good 10 or more minutes before our party was even offered beverages. This trend continued throughout our lunch. In the end, it was about a two hour lunch. Keep in mind we only ordered entrées and non-alcoholic beverages. This was during work hours so a two hour lunch break is not ideal or something we look to achieve. Due to this experience, I don't see us opting for Elisabetta's for future team lunches which is unfortunate because the atmosphere and food are quite desirable.

    Food was amazing. Bread was sooo fresh. Loved the chicken parm and could taste the scratch made Italian love that was created in the kitchen

    Our server Nick was outstanding for me the service is as important as the food I come there all the time this time I brought someone who had never been there so it’s so important to have great service couldn’t ask for more. Thank you again for an impeccable evening.

    Although the food was good the service was non-existent. We had 2 waitresses (will not list names because I'm not about getting people fired) who were both invisible the entire evening. After dinner we saw one of them smoking cigarettes outside which is probably why our service was so bad. Service is so critical to the overall experience in a restaurant that even though we liked the food we probably will not return to this restaurant.
