Taking cues from Italy’s storied south, with its famed coasts and islands, rich history, and relaxed lifestyle, Elio Volpe celebrates the best ingredients from the Pacific Northwest as inspired by il Mezzogiorno — the ancient seafaring term for the wind from the south, now colloquially used to describe that part of the country. Above all else, Elio, like its cousin Savio Volpe, celebrates liveliness, warmth and hospitality. Viva la convivialità!

Reservations are available for dinner from 5 pm to 10 pm every night, and for brunch on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays from 10 am to 1:30 pm. Please note, we are unable to accommodate outside food in the restaurant, including birthday cakes. We do our best to accommodate special requests but are unable to guarantee requests for specific tables.

    We have been to Savio Volpe many times. We came here knowing that it was the sister restaurant. We felt the food wasn’t at par with Savio and learned that Eilo provided more a coastal feel for Italian cuisine. We will not be coming back. Savio Volpe food sends us on an escape. It transforms us back to Italy. The decor and restaurant was beautiful. Had we not been seated next to the kitchen the ambiance would have been better.

    What a fantastic brunch we had to celebrate my aunt’s birthday! Food was excellent. I recommend sharing plates. Service top notch and room has a great vibe. Cannot recall having such an enjoyable brunch. Will be back! Can recommend dinner, too.

    One of my favourite brunch spots in Vancouver. Service is always 1000/10. Food and drinks always the best. Would recommend to everyone!

    Great room, great food and above all the service from Sean who took care of us was A+++ Had someone in from out of town and we chose to sit at the bar and what a great choice. Sean was full of knowledge and all in all made the night just that much better. Have been to Savio before but this was my first time here; will definitely be back!! Well done team!!
