   Excellent service Food was very good Live holiday music was very nice but Hoped for Greek music as well. Since some of the music was a soundtrack should have been easy to accomplish.

   Lovely first time at Elia, a fantastic addition to the San Carlos dining scene. Ambience is inviting, the food is delicious, and the service is very good. Only drawback was that the noise level was high, which made conversation difficult at times.

   Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Noise was not an issue as it appears they have made a concerted effort to reduce. Great dinner experience with my family.

   The food quantity for the price paid was very disappointing. The portions were appraiser size. My wife and I both left hungry

   Amazing food. Live music was lovely. Fabulous ambiance and decor. Service was a little slow but welcome because we were not in a hurry and happy to spend more time to visit.

   Was too loud - very hard to hear each other. Having a live trumpet playing for a lot of dinner made that even worse. Otherwise great. Elia owners - please think about how you can make it less loud so we can come back and hear each other

   This was our first time at Elia and the first time to set foot in the building since Piacere closed. Overall we had a good experience but the avgolemono soup was so salty we had to send it back. The noise level was excessive, however. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. I hope our next visit will be a bit better.

   Firstly the food was excellent. My seafood paella was fantastic! Cocktails were good. Need a bit of acoustic damping in there though - it’s a little loud.
