   The food was SO GOOD. The service was great as well. The only thing I wish I had been made aware of was the pre-set valentines menu. I was let down because I had been looking at the menu for weeks getting excited over the food and drinks I wanted to try. I guess I'll just have to go back, and my stomach is OK with that.

   I was very excited to spend my valentines evening with my wife and another couple. Our table was rite inside the front door and we could not hear ourselves speak or each other due to the volume of the guest performer. We all asked very nicely if the volume could be adjusted and were told no there is only one volume. We were told the performer was an hour long yet lasted well over an hour and a half. He was still playing when we left. The food was excellent, the service was great but it’s unfortunate that our valentines dinner we traveled into Chicago for turned into a front row seat at a concert.

   My boyfriend and I went to Elia for Valentine’s Day. I was first upset because there was no indication that there would be a price fixed menu, however, we enjoyed the food and live violinist very much! Service was fast and easy!

   We recently dined at Elia for the first time and were thrilled with our experience! Mustafa, our attentive server, made sure we were well taken care of. The food was outstanding—don't miss the Chef Selection Mezze and the mixed grill platter for two, both offering fantastic variety. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the team was incredibly hospitable. We can't wait to come back!

   Incredible food quality. Mixed grill for 2, pide, arugula salad, fried calamari, chefs kiss. We had a ball. Check was $100 less than i assumed it would be. Will be back.

   First timer! Elia was a gorgeous place With a Turkish cuisine. The atmosphere was very cozy and comforting. Beautiful dimmed lamp that was very intimate. Very classy rather date night self date, girl’s night or family night Elia is fit for the occasion. Seating was spacious with rounded tables and private dining area. Seating seemed very private which I enjoyed the most. We ordered the mixed grilled platter for two with grilled vegetables with a side of rice with chickpeas. Everything was favorably perfect. As great as the presentation looked it even tasted as good as it looked. The platter was so tender and flavorful. More than enough to enjoy and share. Menu was very short and simple. Placed our order and it came within 15-20mins. No wait time is always good. Natalie was our waitress. She was very sweet and attentive. Very professional. We would definitely go back to Elia and most definitely on the list for date nights! Check em out!

   On the night we were there, the service was not great. We asked the server about our food and he could not identify what was on our plate of asparagus. There was a saxophone player who was too loud so we couldn't hear each other talk. The belly dancer was a delight and very fun to watch. Food was good.

    Very nice place, however the service was lacking. Our waiter asked for our full order (appetizers and entree) when we sat down. We were not done with our drinks when food carriers brought all the food together! We felt very rushed. Our waiter never came back to our table! We never got a second drink, a dessert menu or coffee. After sitting with dirty plates for 30 minutes, We had to approach the hostess stand and ask for our check. It took our waiter another 20 minutes to show up with the check. Aside from poor service, the food was very good!
