We celebrated my birthday, we had the fillet, New York, and scallops. They definitely need to improve on their dessert menu, but they overall experience was excellent. Drinks were amazing.

Service was the best. Quality of food good . Portion on Cod and pasta dish reasonable priced but small portion. Our waitress was outstanding as the manager who offered us a second pasta dish at no charge and apologized. He did say that they make their own pasta and I do agree for the price it was reasonable. . I would suggest raising the price with bigger portions

Service was slow, wine, cocktails, and tea took longer than the appetizers. Our waygu filet came out overcooked and looked literally like a hockey puck. The peppercorn sauce tasted like warmed balsamic glaze- we had to ask if this was even our dish simply because it just didn't look like a filet and the glaze was syrupy sweet. The second one took 20 minutes to refire. It came out looking more like a waygu filet; their rare plus was actually medium rare plus but we didn't want to risk another 20 minutes. By the time we got our second steak we had finished our wine and didn't receive our next glasses until we were done with our meal. For apps- the nigiri bites were decent and the hamachi crudo was tasty ( if you like Pepperfin then you'll enjoy this) The carpaccio was lackluster, bland, unseasoned- lots of garnish that made it look better than it tasted; why reinvent the wheel when carpaccio is an easy home run dish. Had the mound of frisée covering the carpaccio even had a squeeze of lemon it would have been a massive improvement. The restaurant itself was beautiful, very noisy. Probably good for a group but if we were in a group the entire group would have been done with dinner before I got my entree. Not a great place for a date night. I noticed a few other couples were in and out quick- the place is too noisy for an intimate conversation. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and can't imagine going back, our server wasn't very attentive and didn't check on us. I noticed they had a server there from Hawks, in granite bay, and I knew that if Jackie had been out server she would have been attentive and made the dining experience more enjoyable.

We both enjoyed our meals. A nice menu diversity, something for everyone in my opinion. I appreciate not a rushed meal well paced. I will be back.

The food, service, and ambiance were fabulous. The only thing I would change is the noise level. It was a little loud for this nice of a restaurant.

We went here to celebrate our son’s 40th birthday. Apps were delicious. We started with the Parker house rolls, the hamachi crudo then the buttermilk fried chicken. The Parker house rolls were the best we’ve had in a long time although overpriced at $14. The hamachi was very fresh and a good sized portion. The fried chicken was juicy with it tasted like homemade pickles. Also a little overpriced for 4 small bites of chicken. We had 2 steaks, the wagyu filet and the bone in ribeye. Both were cooked very well and a good value. All in all a good experience with good ambiance, although it could have been a little bit warmer inside. Our first visit to this restaurant, but it was a packed house on Sunday night. We will be back I’m sure.
