   Very nice place with an amazing view. However, the staff of the hotel can be a bit rude and discriminatory towards black guests.

   The reservation that was made was according to the time that they had available. Once there we could only get drinks because the restaurant was being closed.

   The service was fantastic. Staff was professional, kind, and quick. They went above/beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Food and drinks were wonderful.

   Made reservations. No hotel staff could direct us to this restaurant. No one seemed to care. STAY AT THE ROYAL SONESTA NEXT STORE FOR A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE.

   We had an early afternoon flight so we booked a table at 11:00 AM. Turns out the restaurant doesn't even open until 11:30. The staff, especially Juan, were so accommodating. They gave us menus and put in our order asap. The burgers were delicious and we were on our way to the airport in plenty of time. They did mention that the booking times in Open Table are wrong. The restaurant opens at 11:30 and closes at 6:00 so double check with the hotel before you book.
