   We always enjoy dining at Eddie V's. The service was excellent from the time we arrived until we left. We shared the delicious lobster tacos for our appetizer. For our entrees we had the salmon and scallops. I had a club soda with cranberry juice. My husband had 1 glass of Sauvignon Blanc. We did not have dessert. The bill was $200.00 including tip. Maybe we are out of touch to think the pricing is a little high but you do get what you pay for and it was a wonderful meal!

   Eddie V's never seems to disappoint! Every time we've eaten there, we've had wonderful wait service and consistently delicious food. Sometimes it can be quite "noisy", but last evening we were seated in the private room in the back, and it was very quiet and enjoyable to be able to hear each other talk! Their outside patio is also great in warm weather. Although this restaurant is a chain, I feel that this particular venue here in Palm Desert is managed well with great employees and a fabulous kitchen staff. We take our out-of-town guests here regularly. I highly recommend it.

   They did not have our favorite dish , the Parmesan crusted sole which felt like McDonald’s not having hamburgers. They said they would do the sea bass in the same way , Parmesan crusted. Very disappointing dinner for me and my husband but our guests were fine.

    Our favorite dish the Sole was not available. This has happened to us twice now. Had dinner at hi top in bar. Tables are way too crowded. Too many crammed in there. Music was good but way too loud with crowded bar
