    Our family of 4 dined at Eddie V’s on Christmas Eve. I used Open Table to secure our reservation. This was our first time dining at this lovely restaurant, and it did not disappoint. The food and service was outstanding, on what had to be one of the restaurant’s busiest nights of the year. We had a wonderful evening. Special thanks to our server, Blake.

    Extreme disappointment! While the food and ambience were as enjoyable as always, the service was so poor that it overshadowed all the positives. In addition to not properly attending to water, not refilling champagne / wine glasses from bottle for those seated at our table, not clearing the table of excess plates between courses, and clumsily reaching over the guests sitting at table when she did clear, the server simply was not personable and should not be in the profession. I have dined at Eddie V's well over one hundred times and this is by far the worst experience ever encountered. All due to improperly trained server...

    Staff was friendly, caring and efficient. They were busy but we did not wait for service or food. Everyone made us feel very welcome. Food was delicious! We will come back next time we visit KC!
