   Nice fresh and clean ingredients made for tasty presentation and delicious mains. The pizzas as appetizers were okay and would stick to the primary apps like meatballs that were yummy. Everyone enjoyed the food portion size is adequate and taste was good. Wasn’t over the top but a worthy choice in the area for groups or something different.

   Gave Eataly SH a second chance and disappointed again. The sad part is that I am a huge Eataly fan and have been for years. I wss si excited to finally have an Eataly closer to home and the Short Hills location does not do Eataly any justice. It's pretty terrible both in service as in the quality of the food.

   The staff tried to make my sister’s birthday extra special - they brought over wine with “happy birthday” on the glass and even added a candle to her tiramisu! It was very sweet.

   Still working out the kinks most food was very good but wet polenta served on a flat wooden board… very unappetizing presentation. Very loud layout with tables crammed pretty close.

   My server Maya was awesome !! The entrees were not good The “carbonara with asparagus “. Was not by any definition a carbonara. It was a tasteless watery eggy thing. It had no flavor at all. The Cavatelli with broccoli rabe and sausage. Had one small piece of sausage, broccoli rabe and some unknown bright green substance that made the pasta a glowing green. Overloaded with broccoli hardly any sausage under seasoned and disappointing. The polenta with short rib ragu was ok. The ragu was underseasoned. The polenta was smooth but flavorless. It was clearly made with just water and could have used some sort of cheese or cream. While it was the best entree we ordered it was just average. Also choosing to serve it on a small wooden cutting board was weird. The salads were well dressed and fresh The meatballs were tasty The fried calamari and zucchini were not oily but the lemon aioli was basically just mayo. As I’ve been to Eataly in NYC, and have had wonderful pasta there I was terribly disappointed in this experience at The Mall at Shirt Hills

   Excellent food. Wonderful service. OpenTable forced us into very early (5pm) reservation, so a little jarring to see open tables around us with no one sitting there when we were through.

   Food is always amazing. Wait staff always spectacular. Every time we go we make a reservation and still wait 20-30 mins. Seems like too many tables crammed in, no privacy when eating. Staff are very short staffed and can’t handle the table load.

   Food was average. Pizza selection were good. The polenta dish, fish and meats needed seasoning. Service was very good. Not worth the hype…

   Food was really good. Very nice spot for lunch while shopping at the mall. Service a bit spotty but I think they are still working out some kinks.

    Our dinner dishes came out at different times. Pizza was undercooked and bland. Linguine Scoglio was bland and they gave me unopened clams in the dish.
