    Our service was very poor. Had to ask to refill water. No cheese offered for pasta dishes served but other tables got this service. Our friends were almost finished their dinner when our pizza arrived. Food was not great. Very disappointed in our dinner at Eatly.

    We go there weekly. We order salad every time. Today, the salad looked fresh enough but probably not washed thoroughly. We were chewing sands or dirts from the salad constantly. We returned it but very disappointed and concerned of their food quality or cleanliness. Other foods were ok.

    Always enjoy the food. However, when the restaurant is busy, as usual, you can count on waiting unreasonably long for items like additional beverage requests or to ask for a coffee. This has been the case the last 3 visits.

    I love Eataly and always find the atmosphere and service to be excellent! Tonight, my dish (butternut squash ravioli) was extremely salty and the other dishes just didn’t meet the same standards as in my previous visits - maybe it’s the time of year and fresh food isn’t as available but the food seems more processed than usual.

    I was craving pizza, I was really disappointed with it when it arrived. Sauce was dry, very little toppings. Basically, thin crust pizza dough with nothing on it. All for $28 dollars. Very cheap.

    Authentic Italian cuisine. Appetizer of anchovy crostini was outstanding. Good service and a very affordable price fixe. Have been enjoying the food for a long time and will continue to frequent Eataly.
