   Went to Eataly for my wife’s birthday. The food and ambience was amazing, but most of all our server was great! Paola made sure we would remember that night. She did a phenomenal job facilitating our meal from appetizers to dessert. The notable food was the Quatto Formaggi is amazing, fettucine is light and creamy, and the tiramisu is a must try! Will definitely come back!

   I have been to Eataly on Bloor and was expecting a similar yet paired down experience. The service, food and atmosphere were far below by previous 3 experiences at the Bloor St. Eataly, although the price was on par. Three of us dined, the apps were good, SUPPLI POMODORO E MOZZARELLA and CALAMARI FRITTI E ZUCCHINE, but two of our mains we found flavourless, the SPAGHETTO A L POMODORO and BUCATINI CACIO E PEPE. Understanding both are simple dishes with few ingredients but neither were satisfying in flavour. I barely perceived pepper in the Cacio e Pepe. Eataly is not inexpensive, if you want to go, check out the one on Bloor (I haven't been to other locations) and get more bang for your buck/more consistently flavourful food.

   Ordered the fried chicken that was raw and the manager offered a free dessert as an apology! Also the service was slow, not to mention that the coffee was cold.

   Excellent service from all wait staff. Very attentive server and informative-knew her menu cold. Staff removed dishes promptly. Portion sizes were good for sharing. Will go back

   Served me first. My wife 15 mins later. Brought my cola when I’d finished my meal. Had to ask for vinegar four times before it was brought to table. Overall service was terrible. Food good, but not hot.

   Order salumi and cheese board. The prosciutto had more fat than meat. Mortadela shouldn't be on a salumi board. Cheapest meat there is. Pizza was completly soggy. Compared to other eataly locations this was by far the lowest

    Food and variety were good. Our meal was a little on the cool side when it arrived. Overall would eat there again.
