    Didn't feel like we were social distanced. Service was horrible ... we had to ask numerous times for dirty dishes to be removed....one dish was way behind all others arriving to table. Drinks refills had to requested a few times.

    Had a table reserved for 10 people. Get to the restaurant and they push 2 small tables together. Lucky for us 2 didn't make it out as there would be no room for them to eat. Hostess did not seem to care, food was good, or waiter was very good. Just seemed very unorganized, 25 mins to gdt drinks. Got our salads no forks, had to ask for forks 3 times. Sorry to say, won't be going back to East Side Mario's.

    We were a party of 8. We were sat in the middle of the dining room. My elderly parents were extremely cold whenever the door opened. Our server and the manager were awesome about moving us.

    We made reservations for 8 people 2 days in advance for 6:00pm on a Saturday night. Our tables were large enough to seat 6 comfortably. We were in the back very busy corner of the bar area and there was just too much traffic around us. Due to the lack of space on the tables, I spilled my drink all over my lap. One of our guests did not get his food until everyone else at the table was finished their meals. That said, the manager took his meal off of the bill. Also, the staff was accommodating and allowed 3 of our guests to move to the booth beside us to free up some room at the tables. The food was warm, not hot. I'm not certain that I will go back as this experience was not relaxing or enjoyable.
