   I visited Earls on a Wednesday night, and while it wasn’t too busy, the service left a lot to be desired. Our server, rafah, was essentially invisible from the moment we sat down. After taking our order, she disappeared, and our food arrived before our drinks. We had to remind the runner to bring us our beverages, as our server was nowhere to be found. At one point, we even wondered if she had finished her shift early, given how absent she was. We ordered the steak frites and a variety of taco sushi. The steak, despite being ordered medium-rare, came out extremely chewy—definitely not the tender cut I was expecting. Although I was hungry and ate through it, I eventually flagged our server down to address the issue. She acknowledged the problem and promised to inform the kitchen, but she took the partially eaten plate and vanished again. Meanwhile, my partner ordered pizza, which she brought out, but yet again, she forgot to bring side plates and disappeared. After trying to get her attention through another server, we eventually had to ask for the bill because the overall experience had been so frustrating. Unfortunately, the combination of poor service, missed details, and subpar food quality left a bad taste. I hope this was just an off night, but based on this experience, I won’t be in a rush to return.

   Earls is always a safe choice. The food is delicious, albeit pricey. I went on a Wednesday evening and it was very busy. Great ambiance. Only complaint was with the service - they brought my food out with the apps so by the time I went to eat my dinner, it was cold. I asked them the warm it up and by the time they came back with my meal, the others at my table were half way through eating theirs.

   Love the truffle tortellini! The atmosphere is very nice & the staff are extremely friendly. Overall recommend for a night out or special occasion.

   I recently had the pleasure of enjoying brunch at Earl’s, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and catch up with my best friend. Our server, Joe, truly made our visit special. He was incredibly kind, personable, and professional, making us feel welcome right away. Joe’s attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm for the menu helped us navigate our choices, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. From the delicious food to the impeccable service, our brunch at Earl’s was nothing short of wonderful. I will let people know to be sure to ask for Joe—his excellent service will undoubtedly enhance your visit! Thank you for a fantastic brunch! We can’t wait to return!

   I want to share my experience at the restaurant. First, I was disappointed when I ordered my drink—it arrived looking like someone had already sipped from it. In my opinion, the person who prepared it lacked the necessary experience to present it properly to a customer. Additionally, the server who attended my table did something I had never seen before. He offered me a 2 gifts card without clearly explaining the details. He mentioned I would receive two $40 gift cards, but when I started paying, he said I needed to pay $100 for the cards. It was very confusing, and I didn’t understand what he meant. Finally, when the bill arrived, an unexpected $35 service charge was added, which I had never encountered on previous visits. This experience left me feeling deeply frustrated and disappointed.
