   The greeter at the door was lovely! Big smile and friendly service. Our waitress I think her name is Addi, was spectacular!! Warm, friendly, attentive and overall amazing !! The steak not so much, not the best this time with the sushi. Oh well. All good tho, maybe look after a drink next time I'm in.

   Earl’s is Fantastic!! I am a raving fan ! Greeted at the door by Natalie at the hosts stand, welcomed me and directed me to my table. Walked with me to highlight since was my 1st visit! She recommended the Chicken and Ribs with warm potatoes and Cole slaw. 1/2 portions for dinner , full portion if I was hungry! Once seated, I met my ambassador of dining Simone. Simone highlighted additional selections and grabbed me a local IPA that was popular! I chose the Cajun Chicken and Bbq Ribs , 1/2 portion, large enough to fill me up. I will share this meal was prepared perfectly! Crispy and moist chicken, fall off the bone bbq ribs! Topped off with dessert bourbon pecan pie!! Simone was just outstanding! Attentive and ready to please. Natalie was such a joy to visit with as well. Great team! I cannot wait to return ! What a treat!!!

   No one came to take our drink orders or bring water We had to call someone aftter 30 Min to bone see us Then complained to manager who then assigned a waitress and took our orders Food and service was good after

   I ordered the Chicken Alfredo and I was not satisfied as the pasta sauce was watery. I always order the chicken Alfredo when I go to Earls and normally it’s really good and the sauce is not watered down. Not sure if this is their new recipe as I noticed there are a lot of new items in the menu. If so, it is not good. Also, it was my friend’s birthday and the waiter asked us if we would like cake. It was nice she asked but then she ended up charging us for the cake. It was a bit awkward because she asked us if we wanted cake so we thought that it was complimentary since it was my friends birthday. It was a bit weird after seeing the cake split into 1/3 on each of our bills. Overall, the food did not taste good, specifically the chicken fettuccini Alfredo and we got charged for a birthday cake. Was not the best experience.

    The food was good very delicious came out nicely, but the service as in our server was very poor manage when we got there our service had not arrived yet and we were told to wait. Secondly, when we did sit down And she had finally arrived when she came around. Only two of the parties were present, and she asked if others were joining we did say that we were waiting two more people and they arrive five minutes later up until the other guest had arrived. She took about 40 minutes to return to the table to ask for food and drinks again and when she came out with the food she was asked for two drinks by the time the food was finished, and the drinks had not arrived. She went to go check. It looks like she had not inputted the drinks into the system. Overall, food was amazing but service was terrible.
