    Loved the heated outdoor patio and had an amazing server Reza take care of us. Super energetic and made sure we had a good time celebrating our friends birthday.

    We had our anniversary dinner at earls last night. The appetizer came late with the mains, but, the manager said it was on the house to compensate The inconvenience. Also, they had an anniversary card waiting for us on our table, so sweet by the way. They gave us a free dessert too! ❤️🥰

    Aidan provided exemplary service as always. The vibe in the restaurant last night was great! The staff at your restaurant always make us feel special, and treat us professionally and are very attentive in a friendly way. Thanks to Marsha and the bar crew for great drinks last night as well!

I will be calling a repair technician to look at these immediately and I am so sorry that this affected your husbands birthday celebration so negatively, knowing that the heater stopped working we should have made an effort to move you inside!     We were celebrating my fiances birthday and our table was not quite ready on arrival. We waited 20 minutes as the staff tried to figure out another area for us to sit. They were able to accommodate us in another area as our original seats were still being used. The management team and host were so kind and apologized for the inconvenience and made it right. Seth, our server, was amazing. He was attentive to our very large party and made our night seamless overall. Thank you!
