   We were sat in the lounge side but adjacent to where they open the door tithe somewhat heated partially enclosed patio. They opened the door about 200 times during our dinner and we were hit with a massive cold breeze each time. Jackets on still chilly not to mention not a great way to enjoy a dinner. We had the peppercorn steak, and steak and sushi. Upgraded to the 9oz sirloin for both. Meat was done right (medium and medium rare) but the steaks were tough, full of thistle and literally couldn’t chew through parts of it or take larger bites. Paying $45 for a steak, you would expect better quality. Peppercorn sauce was nice but could have been a bit more generous with that as well. The wife found the tataki style steak sauce way too spicy and ended up eating her steak plain and not using the sauce. Service was good. Wouldn’t recommend Earls for a steak dinner and for those thinking, hey man, it’s a sirloin, I’ve had plenty of tender tasty sirloins and upgrading was not an option as they want an extra $24 for a strip loin. $65 steak? This is not Ruth’s Chris, Hys or Caesar’s. Will be back, just not for steak.

   Thought we'd try a third time; happy hour. My wife's meal was good, salmon salad. I wanted the tacos (had they before and they're quite good) but they didn't have any so I went for the roast beef sliders. If there was a whole single slice of roast beef shared amongst the 3 little buns, I'd be surprised; I could barely tell it was there. The horse radish sauce was good but without roast beef taste, it completely overpowered all else. What a ripoff. Also, you'd get more fries at MacDonalds in a small serving than the $6 happy hour cup.

   We had an amazing dining experience at Earl's Southcente. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our sever, Bianca was super friendly, attentive and very professional. Thank you for the cake and birthday card. We will definitely be coming back!
