   I was very disappointed in this place! It has great reviews and that’s why we opted to try it. The food was all cold and so salty I couldn’t eat it. We had an appetizer and my husband had a filet and my food was comped. We had no drinks and no dessert and our bill was over $100.00.

   I recently dined at Earls and, unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. From the moment we were seated, it was clear something was off. Despite the restaurant not being full, the service was painfully slow, and it set the tone for the entire meal. We were greeted, but only after a long wait. Once seated, the server took a while to come back to take our drink orders, which was frustrating considering there were plenty of open tables, and we weren’t in a rush. After finally placing our drink orders, we waited again—way too long—for the drinks to arrive. It was puzzling because the restaurant wasn’t busy, so there was no clear reason for the delay. Next came the food. We had high expectations, but unfortunately, that didn’t last long. The food took so long to come out that we were tempted to just cancel the order and leave. It felt as though our server had completely forgotten about us. After an hour of waiting, we finally received our meals, but by that point, we were no longer interested in enjoying the experience. To make matters worse, when the food arrived, it wasn’t even worth the wait. I sent my dish back because it wasn’t prepared as requested and didn’t meet the standards I’d expect for the price. The food that came back wasn’t any better, and we were honestly just ready to leave at that point. Throughout the meal, there was no real sense of urgency or care from the staff, and it felt like we were an afterthought. Given how many other restaurants in the area offer better service and food, I don’t see myself returning. A lack of attention to detail, slow service, and mediocre food can’t be excused by the restaurant not being full, and this experience certainly didn’t justify the time or the money spent. In conclusion, while Earls may have potential, my visit was marred by a number of issues that could have easily been avoided with better service and attention to customer needs. I hope this was just a one-off experience, but I’m not returning.

   I celebrated my birthday dinner at Earl’s Kitchen and Bar with 15 guests, and while the food was amazing, the service left a lot to be desired. When we first sat down, the server only gave us the option of still or sparkling water. We assumed that was it, so we went with it. It wasn’t until we were about to get our seventh bottle that she told us they were $7.50 each. THEN she finally offered tap water, which she could’ve done from the start. Like, why not just say that upfront? On top of that, my friend decided to get a bigger steak, and the server didn’t mention it was an extra $24 to go from a 4 oz to a 7 oz. She also suggested butter options for the steaks without saying they were $5 extra. The way she kept leaving out these extra charges made it feel like we were being scammed, which is super frustrating, especially for a birthday dinner. That being said, the food was delicious and definitely the highlight of the night, but the service ruined it.

   Although we had a reservation and had to wait a bit, our server Abigail truly made up for it with her courteous and pleasant service. As usual, food was excellent. See you soon.

   Awesome happy hour drinks and food. Jacob, our waiter was awesome. He recommended the sat or sun brunch so we’ll be back!!

   Our experience was great. Server was awesome as well as the bartenders. Greeter was a bit on the rude side.

   Our server was very kind but we had issues with most meals. 2 people ordered the steak frites both were overcooked and served barely warm. Chicken tacos were ordered plain just cheese and chicken arrived covered in guacamole and lastly the steak and sushi ordered medium rare was served medium well but at least it was not cold. We had 8 people but with half being incorrect we were very disappointed

    Our server was great! The ambiance was also great. But the food… The pasta had no flavor to it, hamburger was burnt and dry. We did try the salmon sushi which was delicious. But besides that, the food did not make the level that the restaurants looks and feels.
