   Unfortunately, we had our least enjoyable experience tonight at Earls. We went for our daughter’s birthday and were there for 2hrs despite ordering our meals early on. It took over an hour for our meals to come out and we waited for the bill for a while. We have been to Earls many times and have always had a good experience but this time was extremely disappointing. We don’t expect hand outs, but in these situations you would expect some kind of compensation. We walked away extremely unsatisfied with the slow service.

   My reservation was for lounge but we ended up in dining. I requested a booth and ended up at a table. A booth was empty. I had mentioned it was a birthday in the reservation and it was completely ignored. I don’t think they even looked up the reservation and just put us wherever. Food was pretty good but price was a bit high when you compare to other dining restaurants. Waitress was great!

   Overall a fun evening. Broccolini was very salty, but food was good otherwise. Acoustics are definitely an issue with a full house.when patrons are forced to shout to communicate. We enjoy Earls and will continue to visit, but will be conscious of booking a table other than at peak hours.
