   Disappointing experience considering we spent more on this meal than any other nice restaurant we’ve been to at Legacy West. Our waiter never cleared our plates or empty cups, we just kept accumulating dirty dishes on our table. We ordered desserts from him and still he didn’t clear our dirty and very empty plates. Then brought the desserts and asked us to move our main course empty plates out of the way to put down the desserts. Definitely the staff here needs a lot more training. A $300 meal for four people with really terrible slow service. Seafood platter was good, my teen son who ordered the Cajun chicken said his potatoes were raw, my husband said his $50 steak with peppercorn sauce was a cold steak with cold sauce.

   Good unique items in the menu. Not the same thing that everyone else has. The dumplings starter and the sea bass entree were really good. Plus you can’t beat the creme brûlée cheesecake for desert! Our waiter really knew the menu and gave us some help with wine and entrees that turned out perfect!

   Our server, Namya, was very attentive and personable. The bartenders were great as well. All of our appetizers and entrees came out exactly as ordered. The ambience was great as well. We will definitely be back!

   Food was great but the server wasn’t that attentive to my family and I. The fact that it wasn’t a lot of people in the place, and still had poor service, is unacceptable

   We had a reservation for 9:30 and we arrived at 9:25. We were seated on on the patio and the host dropped off water and silverware. The server never came to greet us. The table next to us was cleaned, sat , greeted and received their cocktails while we were waiting to be greeted. After waiting for the 17 mins for a server to greet us we informed the host stand we were leaving. Went across the street to Taverna and was immediately sat and greeted within 2 mins.

    I loved the food and the ambiance.. unfortunately I have to give a low rating for service! I and my friend felt ignored by our server! He never checked on us during our time there. The only time he came by was to order our food and to give us the bill! Other servers brought our foods and drinks! Poor customer service!
