   Me and my friends had to wait 25 minutes after our reservation time for a table and then it took over an hour to receive our food and drinks were delayed along with the wrong drinks coming out. Overall not very satisfied with the evening.

   Great restaurant with an awesome vibe. It was dine out, so it was very busy and loud, but overall a nice vibe. Service was delayed, and understandable, as it was clearly busy. We appreciated the communication, they checked in on us, letting us know food was delayed, but on its way, rather than letting us feel forgotten about. Our server was also great!

   Went in for Sunday Brunch. Ordered the bacon and eggs and the chorizo hash. Food was hot. Not spectacular but it was good. The server was very friendly and was attentive. No complaints about the service. Restaurant was out of cream but someone ran across the parking lot to Shoppers to get it so kudos! The issue is more that Earls is just meh, it’s a so-so restaurant. We would go back for breakfast but not for dinner.

   The food is consistently good, and because we had reservations, we were seated promptly. What stood out to me this particular time was the outstanding, genuine and friendly service. Our server was attentive and took the time to chat with us. The manager visited us as we had asked about something they didn’t have. She wanted to ensure we were satisfied and thanked us for our feedback. Another server who was working a different table stopped just to see if there was anything we needed, which we didn’t. I look forward to my next visit!

   We were pleasantly surprised. This restaurant has stepped up their game immensely. Hostess was engaging, our server was attentive, and the food was cooked perfectly. Loved it!

   Amazing service, food and atmosphere. Had Carly as our server and she was the best! 110% coming back here and I recommend it for everyone to go check it out.

    There were bugs in the table and the nearby table. Took them 30 mins after the group arrived to ask if we want drinks then another 30mins to take our order and another 37 mins for food to come out. They gave us free dessert for the big incident and they took way too long to get the bill for the other half of the table. Overall not a good experience for my second time at this location.
