   Our server was great, the entire staff signed my birthday card which was so cute and kind of them. The food was amazing and it was a really great vibe for an intimate dinner.

   Gosh, I'm not the kind of person to write a review, but my experience last night was not good :( About two weeks ago, I made reservations for my birthday. When I arrived, they told me that they didn't have a table ready, so my friends and I had to wait for 30 minutes. Not gonna lie I was a little upset (hopefully, I wasn't too rude to the two people at the front). But, my friends told me I should wait, so we decided to hop on the waitlist. After waiting awhile, they called me and said they had a table for us. So we sat down and started to order some stuff. Two of my friends ordered alcoholic beverages and I ordered a coffee (I just turned 25... I'm old okay haha). Both of their drinks came and mine didn't. I had to wait until my food got there until I could ask the waitress again. Then when my food came (it took a long time by the way), it was so cold and they forgot the peppercorn sauce for my steak and the sauce for my other friend's food. Honestly, by the time the food had gotten there, I had lost my appetite, and let me tell you, I love me some food, so that's saying something. Honestly, it was just a sad experience. I remember going to the Tin Palace when I was younger and it was such an amazing spot. This experience completely changed the way I view this restaurant. Also, yes it shouldn't matter, but there was no recognition of my birthday. The manager didn't apologize for the bad service, the waitresses didn't know... like I get it, it's just a birthday, but it would've been nice if they were more conscious of their customers. So again, I'm not someone who writes reviews (trust me, I get it, every spot has its fair share of bad nights), but this sucked and I know this place has the potential of being good :/

   Had the best time at the bar for a quick drink. The bartenders Steven and Danny were so helpful and fun and engaging. Truly made it such a fun experience, can’t wait to go back!

   Six of us had a lovely dinner with great service from the greeters and our server Pipes and her colleagues. The food and drink were as good as always the sound levels allowed for great conversation.

   Earls tin palace is always a great time, the food is amazing and the service is always worthy of 5-stars! Zac was our server and went above and beyond for us. Will continue coming back!

   We live near the Westhills Earl's frequent that location. However, Mission is fast-becoming our favorite Earl's as the service is second to none. We often take our grandchildren and the staff are just so great and accommodating with them and us! We really appreciate the service. And, the Mission Earl's is also a favorite of our grandchildren's because of the service.

   This is my local fave, but tonight was better than usual. The food was perfect, our server Carly was so great and on top of every dish and fresh cutlery. Wine was great and ambience was fun

   I don't want to get our server in trouble, but I don't think she's had much training… My sister ordered a glass of wine and asked her about the wine and she described it as sour. We had to move tables because the one chair was so concaved I couldn't sit in it.. we had to ask three times to get our dishes cleared after our main course.

    We were four for a Sunday brunch. We all had some form of Eggs Benedict which was delicious and wine or Sangria which was also excellent. Our server Cayleigh was excellent and the entire experience was what one expects at Earls, especially when the "music" is very low so you can hardly hear the thump thump thumping. A wonderful brunch was had by all.
