   I eat at Earls at all locations frequently throughout the city mostly to meet with clients for lunch (quite often twice a week) Today the salad I always order (sante fe) was half the size. Noticeable and quite disappointing. I almost ordered another one to take home with me. The host and hostess were great but our waitress seemed stretched and not exactly happy. We had to chase someone down after waiting about 30 minutes to get her attention (unsuccessfully) to pay the bill. I really don’t like complaining but another thing. Due to an error on an Earls order from door dash a while back I noticed a $14 credit for a future order from earls on my door dash account. I was very pleased to see this. I went to order from Earls last night and it had vanished. I had a chat with a door dash rep and he said it was never there but I’m not crazy. It was there for a few weeks (maybe longer) and then suddenly gone. I asked him if they expire and he said he checked and it was never there. Again, not crazy. It was there and then suddenly disappeared. Appreciate the opportunity to leave comments as I’m a regular for business and pleasure and I would assume the info is also appreciated. Thank you!

   We go to this Earl's often and always have a great experience with the staff. The food was quite good, and I was good with the noise level because we chose to sit in the lounge. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. I would recommend it.

   Great service, thanks to Hailey! Food was also a delish. We shared truffle parm fries, Citrus Noodle salad with tuna, crispy prawn sushi tacos, and the creme brule.
