   We always enjoy eating at Earls until we are there and remember it is great food - but, kinda lousy service... Today, we waited a long time before the server came to our table, when she came she was friendly and the eventual food was great… consistently it takes well over an hour for lunch and you cannot get a refill without asking. Why is this?

   This is a very nice venue. We went for a family dinner and received great value for our money. The food, atmosphere and venue were great. Service was very good, although the servers were very busy so we had to wait a bit for water, to start ordering. But this was minor. Overall great experience

   Keep an eye on the time if you're going for happy hour, waitress didn't come by to nudge us for making the cutoff. Keep an eye on the parking, got a ticket even though I registered my vehicle

   The food was VERY overpriced. 2 salads and water for $75 and you did not even get a full chicken breast with your meal. Not impressed.

   Service was great. I booked the lounge but we were seated on the restaurant side without explanation. I assumed because it was so busy. I was initially glad we were going to be on the restaurant side because it was so loud when I walked in on the lounge side, but they had the music absolutely blaring on the restaurant side as well. Could barely have a conversation.

   Noise level ‘energetic’ 🤔. I would say ‘noisy’. EARLS turns up the music, so a full restaurant of customers are forced to speak so loudly, just trying just to converse with one another. 😕. That’s tiring & not as enjoyable as it should be.

    Front staff was super friendly! Our food was just ok. We had the steak which wasn’t cooked the way we asked and honestly wasn’t very good. The lettuce wraps had a breaded chicken that was like something we could air fry from Costco. Cheesecake for dessert was good. We used to love it here and this time the food just wasn’t what we’ve had in the past. Our waitress wasn’t overly attentive, we waited a long time for refills. Overall we probably won’t be back.
