Hilary Cline joined her family’s business in 2015 on the sales team covering Northern California and Strategic Accounts across the US. Two years later, she spent time working in viticulture in Sonoma County, New Zealand and Napa. She rejoined her family in early 2019 and initially oversaw business management and development, then progressed to her current position of VP of Marketing and DTC. Hilary, along with her family members working at Cline are stewarding the future of Cline to focus on Pinot Noir, Cabernet, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc while retaining their position as a world-renowned Zinfandel producer. Hilary recently launched Gust, a small- production Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah brand, with her sister Megan, sourced from her family’s vineyards in the Petaluma Gap.

    We have been to E3 for happy hour many times during our trips to Steamboat. Tonight was the first time we had dinner and it was fabulous!! Service and the things we ordered were perfect!!

    Really underwhelming considering the price. Food was edible, but not what one would expect from an expensive “chophouse” wedge salad was good. Steak was no better than averagelamb chops were poorly cooked. Sides looked a lot better on the menu than how the tasted. Service was amateurish, but at least friendly like everyone around here. This place had aspen prices , but everything after that was middle America amateur hometown restaurant. Very disappointing for how well they market themselves.

    First time visiting E3 and it did not disappoint! From the bacon wrapped dates appetizer, amazing wedge salad, to the signature chops from their own farm in Kansas!! Service and staff were incredible and wine list was on point. We will definitely be back!!

    If this was a steakhouse in Kansas City it wouldn’t last a month. Had really high hopes even though a few locals told us it wasn’t very good. In hindsight we should have listened to their advice. We aren’t picky people but we know beef and this wasn’t worth the price.

    This was our 3rd time to E3 for dinner during our ski trip. Service was great. All food we had was delicious. We had 5 different steaks at our table and all were cooked to exactly how we ordered them. Our waitress, Addi, was awesome. Creamed corn and mashed potatoes were great sides. We opted for the creme brûlée and skillet cookie and both were delicious.

    It was definitely one of the best dining experiences, hands-down. From the quality of food to the friendly service there is nothing lacking. The fact that the provisions come from the owner’s ranch in Kansas City is a true testament, and in my opinion, a stand out reason why this made for such a wonderful authentic Steak House experience. You get what you pay for and E3 as well worth it.
