   Excellent tuna appetizer, salads and steaks. Good wine list and cocktails. Our waiter, Chris was excellent as well.

   Unfortunately we were disappointed. The meat was not up to the high standard one expects at this price. Filets had lots of gristle, ribeye was 50% fat. Not good. Great service, lovely place.

   Always a great meal and service. Can be noisy. It’s definitely pricey but very nice for a special occasion. The steaks were superb.

   Excellent evening from start to finish. Makayla our server was a delight from the moment we saw her until the moment we left. Food delicious, cocktails and wine equally delicious. The vibe was joyful.

   Don't ask if there's a special occasion if you just plan to ignore it! Our 34th wedding anniversary and we were seated in the kids' section and no one acknowledged our anniversary.

   E3 didn’t miss on anything but nothing stood out either. Food was great. Service was excellent. We had the ribeye and the lamb chop, both perfectly cooked to medium. Along with Brussels sprouts, lobster Mac, and crab cakes to start.

   Overall the best restaurant we have found in Steamboat! Hate we took so long to discover this place. Every bit of food was prepared perfectly. The ribeye was cooked medium rare and nicely seared for crunchy fat. Crab cakes were exquisite. Bread service was much more than expected. This is definitely a place to go, enjoy and make plans to return. We will.

   Haven't eaten at E3 for sometime. Still one of my favorite Steamboat restaurants. The menu has lots for every taste. The service was perfect. My only reservation is their wine list. Most of the selections were north of $100 and there we no Cabs under that number. Otherwise great!

    Always a must to have dinner at E3 while visiting Steamboat. Love the food and the vibe.
