DSRT CLUB! Another creation brought to you by the owners of RD RNNR. In developing a sister restaurant to RD RNNR, we set out to create a social club atmosphere that drew inspiration from the lore of Desert nostalgia. In our journey through the development of the name and design, we came across a true desert classic in The Desert Club. This vintage establishment was built in the late 1930’s and was closed up in the late 1980’s. With the 1940’s and 1950’s marking the major success of The Desert Club, we then envisioned a restaurant that brought back the swanky essence of those years here in the Desert.

With the intent to restore some vintage ADULT dining to the “cove”, our hope is to establish a feeling of upscale classic that is reminiscent of “nostalgic” Desert vibes. We are focused on offering a great feel in ambiance, amazing food and exceptional service all wrapped in a tight bow.

    Service and ambiance was good, meatloaf was dry, brussel sprouts were kind of burnt and mashed potatoes were weak. Can make better at home. Bread and dessert were amazing! Bartender was very attentive and friendly. Overall ok by won’t be rushing back.

    DSRT Club is special gem in Old Town La Quinta. The ambience is posh; a perfect nod to the past with modern undertones. Food was tasty from bread service to Branzino- exactly as described, said my husband. I ordered the pasta special - too rich for me. I should have stuck with my app bites or salads as I have had those at lunch and deemed them delicious. Will definitely dine again to try all the other dishes.

    Always an amazing meal at the Dsrt Club This has become our go to place in the desert We really appreciate the service and ambience. Not too loud and not too crowded. Always a relaxed meal. Reminds me of going out to a nice lunch 25 years ago

    Scallops, pork chop and special pasta were excellent. The Caesar salad with fried anchovies is a great change. The bread was over the top good!! Very crowded and the service was still excellent and professional.

    Our favorite dinner in LaQuinta so far this season. Craft cocktails were awesome, the food was delicious and our server was great. We had the read service (yummy butter), meatloaf (served with the best brussel sprouts), and the red chicken (not a bite left). Will definitely be back!
