   I had the pleasure of dining here as a solo date night and what an experience I had. From the host stand and back upon my exit the staff was pleasant and welcoming! Patrick was my server and such a sweetheart ! Caroline stopped by my table to check in on things with a smiling face. I ordered the wedge salad, the sweet potato brioche rolls, and the oysters lobster fella . All of which were way too good ! Patrick recommended the carrot cake and boy oh boy am I glad he did! Decadent and moist whilst not being too sweet. I can’t wait to enjoy DriftLight more often and have my friends and family join me for this incredible dining experience!

   My experience was good! The food was delicious we ordered steak and carpaccio for appetizer . The service was excellent but the restaurant closed at midnight 10 pm on Saturdays the reservation was at 9 pm so was pretty empty. But definitely coming back !

   The staff were incredible and the service matched that level of professionalism. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The drinks were delicious. The brussel sprouts, macaroni and cheese, and the carrot cake were especially delicious! An amazing night out for my wife and I.

   Best meal of the trip! Great service, and delicious.... I had the salmon, it was cooked perfectly and my husband had the Steak Delmonico.... he always gets steaks, and we've been to many famous steakhouses, and he put his meal at the Driftlight in his top 3!

   Party of 2 was sat at a very small table when half the restaurant was empty. We asked to be moved to a larger table and were accommodated. Wedge salad was tiny, not like a typical steak house. Crab cake appetizer was ok. Bone-in filet was over cooked & extremely salty. Rib eye was cooked better but still wasn’t great.

   Convenient to eat in the hotel. Hostess was amazing and friendly - sat us right away. Greeted by waiter within a few min to get our water offer which was filled by someone else quickly. Then we waited 10-15 min to even take our drink order. Waiter was nice but not super friendly and seemed he was more interested in his other tables than me and my wife. Steak and sides came out as expected and were good! Wish there was an actual bar inside as we would have sat there.

   Food was excellent, service the same. Great selection of wines! Noise level was quite loud with background music and very sound reflective materials within the restaurant; half-capacity of dining guests and still very hard to hold a conversation without yelling at our own table.

   I’ve previously covered that Driftlight is the shining star of consistency and quality in Channelside. But this time I can add that we brought a larger party and the workflow did not falter. The value of Driftlight remained. Nice work Driftlight people!

   Overall had a great night with my wife. The hotel restaurant and the balcony bar was very beautiful. The service was outstanding, staff was very attentive and friendly
