   Service, food, and ambience were good. Prices felt high given the portion sizes but I guess that’s just where we are these days. We’ll likely be back but probably not often.

   The male server at 3:30 pm was SO rude. He messed up our order and tried to blame us. No, I didn’t incorrectly as you to put cheese when I’m lactose intolerant. He also then overcharged our final by $40+ and was also rude when we pointed it out.

   Great time as always with great food. A side of fries though for $8.00 was a little much.

   Great food and drink. A little loud for our liking, but that’s our only complaint. Super service and according to my eleven year old, the best chicken tenders he’s ever eaten.

   4 diners, three meals were excellent. My chicken fingers were too salty. Seated next to bar, which was very noisy, service was adequate, failed to check in with us, slow to present check

   Our business dinner started off in a bad way. Our server had an attitude! Once this was brought to the attention of the manager everything changed for the better. Our new server was fantastic, she was attentive, the original server offered an apology and free dessert for the table and the manager was extremely polite and courteous. Overall an initial bad experience ended up being an enjoyable night w great food. The Fox Restaurant chain is one of my favorite chains here in town! If something does go wrong they own up to it and make sure the customer leaves happy!

    Our server, Hannah was a joy to a complex party of 13 who all arrived at different times. with a small dining time window plus 5 kids and an infant. Great job Hannah and Doughbirds!
