   This was my second visit to Doughbird and it was really disappointing. Despite having a reservation we had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Not a huge deal but then food delivery was very slow, service was perfunctory and the Margherita pizza was basically inedible. All the mains were mediocre at best. The highlight was the hummus. Really pricey for the quality and there are just too many great choices in Dallas to return.

   The restaurant was great but the management need to hire more waitstaff. One guy was literally taking care of half the restaurant. Came once for drink and app order, brought drinks but no water, then we had to hail someone down to get water. App was dropped off by food runner - who we had to ask for plates and then he came back to take food order. It seems every time we needed something we had to either wait to hail someone other person down! Service is a problem due to short staffed situation

   Love the concept and the food would have been great… however, the service was terrible (forgot two of the items we ordered) and multiple items came out cold. Also, half of our pizza was missing cheese. Seems like we weren’t the only ones, as we were told they were having timing issues with multiple tables…

   I’ve had better pizza, undercooked . Appetizers took way too long to arrive, then main courses appeared. Bar tender and drinks were spot on!

   Pizzas are great but ordered 2 sashimi tuna salads and there was no tuna in the salad at all . Zero. Disappointing.
